Searching for a Worship Leader...

Hi Everyone,
I am in search of a worship leader. I will be up-front and let you know this is NOT a paid thing. It's possible that at some point down the road it could become something paid; but I am about seeing passion and commitment first. I am launching a brand new church in the fall called City Church (you can see our website at www.lovehopecity.com).
HERE are a few criteria...
1. The "X" factor. - For me the X factor is... tangible evidence of God's presence in your life, ability to lead worship effectively, and recognized musical talent.
2. Live within 15-30 minutes of Garden Grove, CA (our launch location).
3. A passion for the mission and vision of City Church
