Today, Lisa and I are headed to Talbot to prepare for seminary. Just the basics of buying books... fixing financial aid problems... etc.
I'm eagerly awaiting to see God's inspiring work happening inside my brain, and quite a bit nervous as well. It's been 2 years since undergrad and I will be in full-time ministry, and full-time school with 4 classes. I remember as an undergrad when 4 classes was 12 units... NOPE only 9 in graduate studies!
The Lord will equip me for this new season and I have a beautiful bride to share it with. That is definitely worth celebrating. It just makes me think, I'm working harder, with a tougher grading scale for less units... why in the world would someone do this? Fo
r me the answer is God's call. These are the "next steps" to prepare me for the ministry ahead.What are your "next steps"? I'd love to hear them.
